The Vision Behind Nourished Body
Hi, I'm Trina.
I’m a mindset for performance coach, program designer, and master facilitator. For over a decade, I’ve designed and led programs built to create real change, helping people think differently, take action, and follow through. My work is rooted in facilitating, coaching, and guiding people to solutions in a way that is practical, engaging, and built to stick.

I specialize in taking complex concepts and turning them into clear, actionable systems that people can actually apply in real life. This is the foundation of the methodology I’ve developed and the systems I’ve built across both my professional work and my own life.

The Nourished Body System came from both. For years, I tried to change my body from the outside in. After becoming a mom of two, my why became deeper, and I stopped chasing quick fixes. I built a system that changed my identity, habits, energy, and body from the inside out.

Today, I feel stronger, leaner, more energized, more present, and more consistent than ever. I have never felt better. I’ve applied this work across every area of my life, and I created this system to help you do the same.
